Values and Culture
As we grow, we believe it is important to understand the culture and values which are important to us, so we have taken the time to analyse our current culture. We are constantly striving to improve, but are proud of what we have achieved so far. These are the cultural aspects which came up repeatedly, and which we aim to keep for the future.
We also have a set of values which inform the way we work. These combine to help us all work to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers, and are incorporated into everything we do – for example, into our recruitment and appraisals, and our end-of-year awards. When we recruit, we are looking for people who will enjoy working to these values, and will thrive in the culture they create.
