Who are CPL Aromas?

CPL Aromas is a world leading Fragrance company founded in 1971. With a singular focus into making top market leading perfumes. Whilst starting and still remaining as a family-run business, CPL Aromas are now an international fragrance house, serving in over 100 countries

The Challenge

CPL Aromas required a service deliver partner to design and implement a solution to deliver a high quality management platform for their on-premises estate, whist managing budgets and meeting timescales. Furthermore, CPL required management of their End User Devices and monitoring for their current server estate, both of which were required to integrate into a Service Desk Solution.


PowerON designed a solution around its Fastrack Services to deliver various components of System Center to meet the requirements of CPL Aromas. PowerON’s engagement provided a comprehensive suite of tools and solutions to enable CPL Aromas to have greater control and visibility of their estate, whilst also maximising the efficiency of the IT Teams by integrating the System Center components to one another and adding a layer of Automation. The Monitoring and Managing Platform consisted of the following:

  • System Center Configuration Manager
  • System Center Operations Manager
  • System Center Service Manager
  • System Center Orchestrator
  • System Center Data Protection Manager


The implemented solution reduced the time required to install and configure the components of the System Center Suite. By utilising the PowerON Fastrack Packages the deployment time was greatly reduced, leaving CPL Aromas with more time to focus on upskilling its IT Team to effectively utilise the newly implemented solution.

Given the business-critical nature of this engagement, PowerON provided introductory calls, scoped the business and technical requirements, established commercial and partnership agreements and had a consultant onsite within 8 days of our first call with their team.


TripAdvisor realised they needed to implement a Windows 10 upgrade to make sure all applications, including business critical core applications, were supported.
