Who are Charles Taylor?
Charles Taylor plc is a leading international provider of professional services to clients in the global insurance market. Charles Taylor has been providing services to insurance clients since 1884 and today have over 1,700 staff in 72 offices, spread across 29 countries in the UK, the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The Challenge
Charles Taylor was undertaking a Global redesign of its User Workspace in unison with a move to the Public Cloud. This was driven by a need to update an aging End User Infrastructure alongside the development of their own IP to resell into the insurance sector. Charles Taylor were looking for a partner to assist in the validation of work currently completed in Azure and help Charles Taylor create a new End User Compute strategy to migrate to Windows 10.
Solution
PowerON followed its Solution Alignment engagement model, which is a structured consulting and review approach to develop a Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. This allowed PowerON to determine the resulting migration and project strategy to move Charles Taylor forwards to their objectives.
